Kathy grew up in northwest Indiana only 35 miles from Chicago, Illinois.   She was a business owner for 9 years prior to moving to Grapevine, Tx. in 1987.   Moving to Winnsboro, Kathy owned the Wise Woman & Co.  shop for 4 years prior to choosing Real Estate as a profession.    Her background gives her a knowledge of business and customer services.   She is married to Bob Beare and they have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
